偏远的北极岛屿上,一个俄罗斯核基地重镇因50多只北极熊的“眷顾”而引起混乱,政府最终只得宣布进入紧急状态。
从2018年12月到2019年2月,苏维埃核试验群岛Novaya Zemlya来了一群不速之客,大约有52只北极熊“造访”该岛,严重影响了当地居民的日常生活,当地政府于周六(2月9日)宣布进入紧急状态。
他说:“孩子们去学校和幼儿园时,家长们感到提心吊胆。”

住在这个人烟稀少的前哨重镇的许多居民都是俄罗斯军人。

教师们已请求对学生提供保护措施。

该镇人口不到2,000人,是Novaya Zemlya主要的固定居民区。
这个北极群岛被苏联用来做核试验基地。是苏维埃两大核实验基地之一,用作空投以及苏维埃最大的核弹地下实验,尤其是1961年10月30日的沙皇炸弹(Tsar Bomba),是有史以来引爆的最有杀伤力的核武器。
